We have been loyal customers to this store for years, always enjoyed the experience even if they are a bit expensive for stationery. However this weekend everything changed. We were treated as though we were an inconvenience. After questioning some bad printing, we were treated very rudely. We had to return 4 times and just got a string of feeble excuses and ended up leaving to go else where. Perhaps if they'd just been honest about the problems they were having with their machine instead of trying to pass off bad work on us, we would have felt differently.

I am honestly incredibly impressed with the customer service i just received from the manager/owner of this shop. There was a misunderstanding of what we wanted and what one of the staff members spoke to us about but then the manager/owner stepped in and assisted us to a level where we could use what he gave us to what we wanted! I just want to commend you for helping us and giving such incredible customer service! You will definitely see us again for future projects and we will pass on great word of mouth with our happy service.

Extremely rude and obnoxious/abrasive owner. I highly recommend going elsewhere, it simply isn’t worth having to deal with him.

They sell customers used products. Check everything carefully; make sure seals aren’t broken & products haven’t been used. If you are going to buy here, get everything yourself — the moment the staff gets anything for you in a cupboard/behind the counter/ at the back etc. just leave it.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are extremely friendly always willing to help. Cliff is incredible, he is always willing to help even over the phone. Their stationary is awesome, I love their Filofaxes, beautiful colours and plenty options.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the staff. I was in Johannesburg for a major international conference, and had literally thousands of pages of documents, including difficult documents to print i.e. children's books, but the staff there namely Paolo and the owner were incredibly professional, helpful and quick. Their assistance was crucial for the conference going well for our team, and I truly appreciate being able to rely on a team that really went out of their way to ensure my jobs were done right, done quickly and done with courtesy and a smile. Exceptional customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly, highly recommended for professional printing needs.
