Amazing service! Dr Sarembock is patient and super gentle and has never caused me any trauma. Pain management has been phenomenal and I’ve never needed to go back for any issues. His assistant staff are all so amazing. They are gentle and very sweet. His Receptionist is Super professional, very kind, accommodating and so so friendly.Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a dentist!

I used to visit Sarembock at his old practice for years, I was always absolutely thrilled with his attention to detail and the work of his employees. Unfortunately Dr Sarembock is not the one who works on yourteeth and I recently spent over R5000 at his new practice, of course Dr Sarembock is excellent, but his new dentist that worked on my teeth in all 4 corners of my mouth, has left me with fillings falling out, an uncomfortable root canal, and more. 2021 They have asked me to come back, but i don't feel comfortable having my mouth go through all that trauma for work i cannot trust. I could not make it in time for Dr to check what was wrong, as he was going on leave. end of 2021 I have found a new dentist that is fixing these problems. And have noticed, an older dentist, with experience is much better trusted than someone very young working on your mouth. Anyways, be careful, that 5k does not come back, damage done.
My experience wasn't great. I went for a filling and literally had to go back three times to get it done properly. This is not the first time that this has happened. They are conveniently located and are very good with bookings and following up on your 6 month check up but I have been experiencing such bad 'repairs' of late. After my last incident, there was a Dr. Williams who fixed my problem and did a great job. This was because the dentist I was waiting for, who actually got me into the situation, was still busy with a patient and I had been waiting long. If I do go back, she'll definitely be the dentist I'd want to assist.

My first experience at Sarembock Dental was Friday 4 June 2021, it was a consultation and a cleaning. My consultation was with Dr. Ashish Sahadew who did a really thorough detailing of what my options were and where his concerns lied. So detailed that he provided me 2 quotations in which to suit my budget which in my mind was going the extra mile. The overall experience + the cleaning with the other staff was wonderful as well. My actual procedure involved 2 removals and 3 fillings on Wednesday 9 June 2021 done by Dr. Ashish Sahadew and his assistant. The overall experience was great compared to what I had built up in my mind regarding tooth removal. In all honesty was a great visit to the dentist everyone from the reception, accounts to the Dr. and his assistant in my books were a 5 star service. My only concern is that I wasn't given a lollipop : Otherwise will definitely be visiting there again.
Well run Dental Practice! Was seen by 2 professional dentists, Drs Sarembock & Williams, on short notice. Loved the one on one consultation, unlike practices overseas! Would definitely recommend.
The actual dentist/oral hygenist experience is great. But how everything else is run is terrible and I would much rather stay away. 1. They Book you a cleaning without consent and threaten to bill if you don't cancel or show. 2. The accounts department is terrible. I had been battling for months regarding something that was paid by my medical aid. I called numerous times explaining what they statements means, emailed, i was subsequently handed over to their attorneys. I had to take time off to see the "accountant" only for them to finally call the medical aid and discover what I had been saying all along was true. It was in actual fact paid. The "accountant" just not very good at understanding accounts. I would much rather go elsewhere and not have to deal with this sort of behavior from the general staff. I see the comment they left here in response. Doesn't make any sense when I had a back and forth with the accountant for a few months. There standard procedure to make an appointment for you automatically is fine, but I don't have time to cancel appointments I didn't make and be billed if I don't. That doesn't make any sense.
