Sars Richards Bay

Dont know were to start i was not asked what I am doing at SARS in richards bay but given a ticket with a number stating general inqueries and while waiting treated with such content and disrespect it brought me to tears this after waiting for 3 hrs specailly mrs B mkhwanazi the staff need to be trained in people skills this is one place you don't whant to spend time in let hope I can use e-filing from now on very unhappy tax payer

Very poor service.if you want anything done I suggest you get online.otherwise you will be there the hole day .and won't get help

Not real good, the service is poor, you are told to help your self on their computers, and it becomes a problem if you are not familiar

Company need a clear state of identity weather is fraud. Or not

Wait for ever and when you eventually get helped they are not very helpful.

Waiting from 8:30 to 19:30.Bad service.

Waiting outside, standing, for an hour. Still no help.

Thankful for the speedy service provided by SARS

Be prepared for a long wait.
