uMhlathuze Youth Council is a vehicle that drives youth development programs within the City of uMhlathuze.
The Role of the youth council in the City is to address all youth related challenges and to spearhead youth development programs.
We link up the youth on the ground with government departments and institute including the private sector.
we want to see the following happening within the city:
-Youth Economic Participation
-Youth social cohesion and civic participation
-prioritization of youth health and well being
- Prioritization of academic excellence
- Youth work and skills development
- and other youth related matters.
