Drove off without fueling after standing there for 10mins.poor service indeed
Would give zero stars if it was possible. They allow beggers to harass clients. Stopped there last night between 11 and 12pm. A begger wouldn't take no for an answer. Did not feel safe to even get out of the car. We asked the person to go away about 4 times but would not relent. We got so upset we just left. This should not be allowed to happen.
Wife just filled up. Car was on half a tank. R1025.50 later equating to about 41L. The polo only have a 45L tank. And yes the cluster works 100%. Last time we as a business will support you.
Night shift asleep when entering the shop at 3am been on the road for hours and needed refreshments Had to wake them up for service. Only to be told that they don't know how they coffee machine works, and they can't help us.
Stopped here for coffee but none was available. Is the coffee machine only there for show and tell??
So I’m at Sasol Disa road to purchase electricity and I see a white guy walk in without a mask on…they help him. I decide to see what would happen, so I approached the counter and asked if it’s okay to be in the store without a mask, after another white lady walked in without a mask, stood behind me and laughed at my question, and I get told no I must where my mask. Then he still goes and helps the lady with her purchase. And their sign says “Entry strictly with face mask”. What rubbish is that?
9 out of 10 times this Sasol is “offline” for electricity. It’s usually when there is only 1 cashier. When you ask them to check if its back online maybe, you get a “clicking sound” followed by a “tshini” When a person wants something from the deli after 8, the cashier is either sleeping behind the counter or huffs and puffs everytime you ask for assistance at the deli because they must now walk 3 meters to assist you. Whenever electricity is offline, I drive 2kms further and the Engen is ALWAYS able to assist. I visited them on the 17th November just before making this post at about 20:05. Ill never spend a cent here ever again, after about 10 years of using this Sasol DAILY! I have had enough!!
Visit the Dias Road station today in Port Elizabeth. Friendly staff but the deli is not up to standard. Food taste good, but the hardly mee the public health requirements for hand-handled food. I asked to a napkin to use whilst eating and I was offered an wet toilet roll from the bathrooms and told they have no napkins. Food handles have no clue about e.coli from bathrooms. I called management and informed them. Keeping fingers crossed the rest of the public is smart enough to not eat food with toilet paper.
09:38 on 9 Nov. Standing in queue, and somehow no service by the 2 ladies, instead men walking in after me gets assisted? Weird. See your cctv. Will be doing business at Engen in future.
Probably one of the biggest and busiest filling stations in Port Elizabeth. Small convenience store. Friendly petrol attendants - they have one of the first Burger King outlets in Port Elizabeth, opening soon!
