I took my car to the car wash, and as there were 5 vehicles in front of me - decided not to wait. Was told about 2 hours and left my number so they could call me. After 2 hrs 15 minutes, I called them, lady said would go enquire and call back. After another 30 odd minutes called again, was told nearly ready. Got someone to take me to collect car, which was "ready" when I got there. I had written in the book that the booster seat needs to be lifted and vacumed on the seat underneath. I removed the booster, and no, it was still sea sand. The carpets had to be re-vacumed all round. There were dirt marks inside the doors. The inside windscreen had not been cleaned. All in all, a very poor experience and will definately not see me again!!

Probably the worst car wash you can get, they don't bother to wipe down the plastics inside the car or even vacuum the boot!! Terrible definitely won't ever take a car back again.

The worst car wash in the city. Opens at 07:00. There were already 4 cars in front of mine, I got out of the wash bat at 07:55 approx then waited outside the drying bays as they SLOWLY went about their work. The supervisor sat in a truck on his cell phone. When he maid his appearance an argument broke out between him and the workers who were refusing to help at the drying bays. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Did a fullhouse car wash yesterday on my polo. I waited almost 4 hours for my car, and there were 3 cars infront of me. I got in my car at home I saw she did not clean inside just vacuum my floors a little bit. Nothing else still sand on my doors inside etc and my windows full marks did not wipe or anything. Could have paid just for a wash actually that is all I got. I mostly wash my car there, but this time very disappointed. Never again.

Service is terrible. Waited a couple of minutes to be because it's busy which is understandable, but when somebody helped me, he tells me he going to be with me now and runs off to help somebody else.

Well done to Pull and Sipho on the wash bay great service guys. Next time I'm on PE you are my go to garage.

Yes, it's a great gas station. The thing I'm currently finding it good for, is meeting my lift to work. It's well positioned location wise, it's also well designed for a gas station, with more than enough space for cars to move around in in and around its bay areas and extra parking spaces.

Service with a smile all day everyday and they're not afraid to get stuck in whichever way they can. Did u tell you that I once saw the owner himself putting up marketing posters on windows and then was on the roof doing some reccie checks on cameras etc.........leadership starts at the top and that man has what it takes. Congrats Tshops and team on a phenomenal job you're doing in keeping the smiles on your customers faces.
