Their contact order number doesn't exist. Their deliveries are always late. Their front desk service is poor. Just a bunch of losers. I do not recommend Debonairs Pizza by any means.

It's sad that we can't order for collection at the Katlehong Tshongweni branch after 18:00. Even sad for delivery but I understand for safety measures. But atleast let us order to collect.
Debonairs sky city is net Kae,this is my 3rd incident that I ordered online then 3 hours later my pizza does not get delivered I had to with my order yet I paid deliver fees online, manager does not escalaumy complaint whatsoever my pizzas are always cold and not fresh
Debonairs is an established and well respected brand in South Africa. It ticks all the boxes, in terms of service and presentation. This one also delivers pizza anywhere in the Katlehong Township.
I bought triple decker the taste was so bad,something meaty few hams ,mince was not tasting good looks old ,I am so disappointed with your pizza
So after a good hour of waiting for delivery "due to the weather" another reason I'd like inspectors to visit the outlet, as it seems pizzas are made outside or something - I was happy to find the two top layers of my triple decker were fresh. The bottom part may have survived apartheid for all I know. It was so dry I t wouldnt stick on my pizza anyway so I didn't eat that part. Its 06:30am and I am making regular visits to the loo - and its not to look myself in the mirror BTW.
I ordered a pizza an hour ago and I didn't receive my order . I tried calling them to check if the pizza was still coming but they did not answer the phone . We waited over an hour until they closed . In the end we never received our pizza . I would not recommend
