This morning 30/01/2022 at 07H10 I stopped at Sasol Mhluzi as it conveniently is on my way to work. Was standing there for about 5 minutes not being attended. Another vehicle pulled in right next to me and was immediately assisted. This is not the first time this has happened. There is no way I wil ever make use of that Sasol again.
I would definitely say I grew up to this filling station. My high school years, to being a grown man. I remember back in 2004 at the height of Kaizer Chiefs dominance, I would always come to SASOL to purchase the club's magazine. The tellers here knew that I was a regular. We also got our food here during break at school. Fat cakes were pretty much a favorite back then, with our tiny school daily budget. Those were really the best years. It's been many many years. They are a great addition to our area.
This is by far the most poorly managed sasol garage I've ever been too. The service from the staff is slow. The food you locally buy like chips and russain, is not cooked/ fried well. Covid protocol is not followeded easpecially at night ... the service is very low class and so offending to the locals.. something must be done
Great filling station
I got there and I stood at the cafeteria for almost 7 minutes no one assited me until I decided to leave the shop. Very bad experience.
Superb fuel station with a large shop....
