The mutton bunny from this garage is a must try and must buy! At R90, some might cry at the price although it packs alot of meat and flavour. I was pleasantly surprised as my husband boasts about his previous experience with the takeaway. There are samoosa's, fried chicken aswell as pies available. Service is great and they are slowly filling up products on the shelf as they had gone through a revamp. There are also daily specials instore.
One of durban best bunnies I've tried! amazing new sasol site! Well done to new managment..clean and tidy environment. I had to do a take away as well since it's the best bunny i've tried in ages
Food is Devine and there is a variety of curries available . Excellent service and well mannered staff.

At one really good stage in life the bunnies were amazing full of flavour and succulent meat. Well my last visit around 8:30pm on a Saturday I went in for a purchase of a mutton bunny chow which I was really craving for..just thou what I paid for and what I receive was shocking and rather disappointing.The size of the bunny was particular small and the non existent gravy and flavour was apparent in the diluted curry mixed with water. The once talked about is less spoken about.And yes I know it was the evening and sasol garage is not a restaurant EVEN thou the advertising board entices you into thinking of delicious curry flavour ...and I know with just one staff member handling the cash point and preparing the meals ..You can say ah maybe next time will be better but one two many experience for me has left me wondering did the once great eatery at sasol has come to an end?Well it sure looks like unless some passion is put back into that whole area itself
Being an Absa banker, I frequently fill up at Sasol for Absa rewards. However, its becoming a norm that Sasol Mount Edgecombe doesn't have fuel and I have to return on a 2nd or 3rd time before there is fuel at the station! I drove into the service station on Saturday afternoon with only 2 vehicles at the pumps and waited approx 10 minutes. I eventually drove off as it seemed there were no petrol attendants around. I went back today morning and was advised there is no fuel! Quiet frustrating and soon going to start supporting other service stations instead.
Hi. I must say that the bunny chows at this place is AWESOME. They are actually large in comparisson to most bunny places that i've eaten at & there's lots of meat & gravy + all of them had potatoes which i kindly requested for when i was placing my orders & mind you both the cashier & the lady who served me, smiled & said ok KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE, TEAM SASOL @ MOUNT EDGECOMBE
Due to my ABSA rewards I fill up at Sasol for the benefits. As a starting point the level of service at this garage is shocking to say the least. It is clear that there is no or little training and management involvement is non existing. At any good service station the standard question is " Can we check you water and oil" Here it is a effort for them just to fill your tank. The above however is not my biggest gripe as I would just use a different garage. Because of the rewards system with Absa I need to use Sasol, and I could overlook the service issue. The problem is that they regularly DO NOT HAVE FUEL. This issue have been reported to Sasol more than a month ago with no feedback from them So if you are not on the Absa rewards system pass the Sasol and go to the Engen 500 meters away.
Hi team sasol mount edgecombe I just wanted to find out how can you run out of fuel. Does nobody check these things and order or deliver fuel before you guys run out. I am a absa card holder and get rewards every time I fill up. However if I was not forced to fill up in sasol I will rather go to another garage. Just imagine how much money you guys are losing. Please could you kindly let me know
Hi I hold an Absa account and I get rewards whenever I fill up at any sasol garage. Every time I go to sasol mount edgecombe, they are out of fuel, be it day or night. Furthermore, they don't put up a sign to let us know in advance they don't have fuel. It is very difficult to get back on to the freeway. I have a cartage company and we always get refused at sasol mount edgecombe This pathetic services delivery is totally unacceptable Someone please do something before I put this on Facebook,etc..
