Costumer service at the hotel is an issue. Needed beds for our children, they gave a mattress with wet bedding to make the beds ourselves. No extra towels, warm water an issue and had to supply our own drinking water as none was supplied. Food for Christmas lunch were lovely but we had to ask for drinks more than once and the restaurant closed at 15:00, which after there was no provisions for any food or drink for hotel guests.

The hotel is always the most reliable place to eat. You are nobodies experiment. They have wonderful staff. Quick to take your order and no long wait for your food. 29/12/2022 Wonderful to eat here again. Quick service. Helpful staff. Nice view and good meal. Well prepared food , ice cold wine and the portions are more than adequate.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, neat and tidy, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was good and prepared with care. Will definitely stay here again.

Customer service needs to be focused on. Not my first visit to the hotel and the service, especially in the restaurant hasn't improved. Nice place to stay overall but good customers or the lack thereof have influenced the experience negatively.Service: 2/5

If I could I would give it a 10. Atmosphere is so relaxed & Cozy, food is delicious and our waiter, Donita is a super diamond, all smiles and excellent service and great knowledge of everything. Keep up the great work!!

Wonderful and delicious food and in good quantity for what you pay, awesome location also, and friendly staff. Be warned they are the only venue open till late so might get busy later in the evenings.Service: 4/5

If I could give them less than zero stars I would! Had to ask twice for menus...waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks and more than an hour and a half they haven't even started to prepare our food!!!! Pathetic! I would most definitely NOT recommend them!

What a terrible experience, sitting and waiting for dinner for more than an hour and a half, just to find out they had not even started with it. Don't go there if you want a nice expierience, rather support the other restaurants in the area.Rooms: 1/5

I had a few short stays there: the accommodation is spotless and the service is sufficient, most amazing views of the ocean, not to mention friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5

Had dinner at the restaurant after a quick visit to port Nolloth. Next time, hopefully the seafood dish will be fresher…
