SDS Protection

Moved to Paulsoff where SDS has more cover than other security companies, especially as they manage the entrance to the area. Hence forced to take them on. Administrators such as Magdeline and Co. ignore most questions and emails. Follow ups to missed questions is ignored. No professionalism and communication etiquette. Moreover, as a new resident they attempted to over charge 58% more until I mentioned that I am aware of the standard rate in the area. Subsequently, provided the correct price. Minimal to no support from administrators - calling around speaking to their technicians who are trying to help. Spoke to a few residents who confirmed this is the poor standard accepted in the area.

From the 25th of May till today 08/06/23. I asked SDS /Drift to sort out Digi key pad for the armed response guys to enter into our property. I only got email today on cost to change the batteries. After following up numerous times for control room I called the ops manager on the 2/06/23 about this issue he told me he will send technical team out on 3/06/23 nothing happened. Only the following week technical team came out to inspect and find out the battery is the problems. So it takes 15days to action a issue.

When you visit the office when you have issue for pay query the can't allow you to enter inside the building and the will help you after hours the service you receive is very poor

SCAM - SDS and their employees have scammed me out of R4100.00 - have been trying to resolve this with management who says “unfortunately its not their problem”. Save yourself alot of effort and money by choosing a different security option. UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE

Laeziona area bad service due to clients always calling for dogs barking!!! As well as no response for sign up being temporary or permanent.
