I am very angry and frustrated with your poor service. I have been asking you to cancel my debit order as I'm not working till today it still not done.. A person can't reach you telephonically and the only channels you have is email and whatsapp which are not helpful. You give out reference numbers but you don't follow up nor attend to. I demand my contract to be canceled with immediate effect as you want me to adhere to your 30days process but you did not provide me with a good service.
Terrible service, They are the worse service provider ever. Ever since I changed my service provider to VUMA it has been the biggest regreat of mylife. You cant talk to them on the phone their watsup service is useless. I cannot connect to netflix or dstv using wifi only when I use my personal data they work. They are very quick to cut you off but hopeless at resolving issues.
Plenty of niggles and issues and poor communication from their end at all times, our internet was just abruptly switched off and when I queried them on it, I apparently needed a second rooter which they never notified me of, then when I asked them to give me this rooter, they didnt have stock and I had to wait several days before I got it, and I had to install it myself. As I am typing this, my internet has been off since last night 8pm and when I woke up this morning it was still off. These guys are extremely poor at solving problems and correcting issues. My line also just dips and goes off at times for a few minutes and goes on again, with zero explanation from SADV. I would definitely not recommend them, stay away!
I have been waiting for fibre cabling to be installed so that VOX company can connect me to their network and that has not happened. After a month and a half of waiting, the SADV guys asked to come during work hours as they need to install stuff. I made means and the installation was done and I was left with a broken TV stand. The guys said that the flat was not cabled as the landlord didn't connect all apartments and that they needed 5+ hours to get it done and that i needed to be home for that time. I told them that i needed to be elsewhere that weekend and my presence did not change anything, my item was broken anyhow. They contacted VOX saying I was not making means to be home and did not mention the broken TV stand. I then informed the VOX team over the phone. I have no fibre or internet connection till this day. Kelvin Resident I had to update on the same review. When the legs broke of the TV stand the screen fell to the ground and because I had asked to use my lunch hour as discussed with the VOX agent. I had to go back to work. I even said to the gentlemen from SADV i will check it when i'm back home later. I even said what was the point of me being here when they would break things in my presence. His response was: Mawubonile awuchasuki the same than mawunga bonanga. Meaning when you see something happen in your presence, your response is more sincere. I did not have the luxury of that many hours on a saturday that month and could not pretend like I did. To lose a Screen and a TV stand and have no fibre i was not financially ready for. You will notice that they put the legs back under the stand as broken as they were. When i switched on my TV this is what I saw.
They have ONE WAY to be contacted and they respond after 5 hours...on a good day. They THROTTLE ME TO ZERO download speed. WORST ISP
Absolutley terrible service. They have recently removed call centre assistance and communicate only via emailwhich they never respond and whatsapp. Always experiencing network issues and service connection problems. Poor service overall. The 1 star is for the price and wifi connection
Throttling after 6pm, ironically after they close offices for the day, no customer service, no call center , they charge you for upgrades but keep you on the lower speeds meaning you are paying for less fraudulently. I am surprised why no one is investigating this company
Why is this company not investigated. This not bad service but blatant criminality. Worst service ever. The 1 star is just for me to be able to post
I am not one to write reviews but since my fibre connection is once again down I have some time. I am rating SADV as an ISP and not based on their customer service. The customer service in itself you can form a perfect picture from reading the other reviews and SADV’s very generic responses to the reviews with no changes in the issues raised. My fibre connection’s speed is in line with the package I pay for which is a positive but unfortunately the connection is incredibly unstable. I am offline every now and again for 15 to 20 minutes and about every 3rd day down for 2 to 3 hours some where between 1am and 5am, this is made worse by the fact that they do not offer 24 hours support so I have nobody to assist me with getting me back online. This does occur during the day as wel but only about every second week. As some of the other reviews have mentioned this is definitely not the service provider for you if you work from home or require a stable connection. So my 1 star rating is not based on the companies supporting tasks but based on their primary function which is providing me with a fibre connection. Unfortunately I would advise any and everybody to not use their service since they do not deliver a quality product which is ultimately their only purpose. The bad product is then dipped in bad customer service and a lack of support hours. I really do hope that the issues raised by the people on this forum is address properly but for now use a different ISP. Edit: They seem to have added 24/7 support which would have been great if you received support. I see Tumi responded to the post which is coincidentally also the name of the 5 star rating with positives professionalism etc. If not for the fake reviews they would be at a solid 1 and not 1.6 at time of post. I have received the below response to this post but have not yet received feedback on the support case logged. Shows you the priority is more to make it seem to the public that they are responsiveness than actually assisting their clients. Ticket # [SA020033]
Worst customer service. I literally just want to pay. It’s a hassle. No one answers calls all week long, I’ve been no 1 ever on the call and I hold for a looooong time, website doesn’t give the option to pay, I’ve been waiting on the WhatsApp not all day. Okay, now I want to cancel their services, I’m still struggling .
