Secunda Battery Centre

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the worst service from battery centre Secunda. I bought an inverter from them a few weeks ago. It worked for a month or so stopped working they say they took it in for checking with their supplier but it’s still not working. They are working with an Electrician by the name of Johan who will avoid you like a pest after doing a failed job. Once you pay and they have your money they are done with you. If the thing is not working they are not involved. For public interests I have added a screenshot of my conversation with Johan to show the poor service I have received. Johan is the recommended Electrician working with Battery Centre Secunda. I’m very disappointed in Battery Centre Secunda and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Even after laying a complaint, nobody will ever follow up with you, you are the one who must chase them as if you didn’t pay them lots of money.

Sorry but I have waited 4 weeks to test my inverter and still no report and qoute.
