I simply love this store. The product range is vast and they have hidden jewels all over the store. The only reason they do not get the extra star would be the sale of animals. Other than that I find myself going there often.

I loathe this store, they put their animals in cages and in the worst conditions, it is basically torture. The store is also very dirty. If you can overlook the animals and conditions , the prices are good and a wide variety of items.

Good service, great prices and a huge selection of everything that you need.

This place should not sell animals. They are incompetent, sells sick hedgehogs to innocent buyers, cant tell the difference between male of female. When the client rerurn the animal within a few hours, they refuse to refund but forced her to take something else. She ended up with two guinea pigs. The so called female hedgehog they sold was a male with unirary tract infection and large tumor growing. When you complain on fb, they simply remove your post.

Always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Have never had a bad experience here.

When paying with a debt card, they put it through as a till cash withdrawal, so now you are paying an extra fee with your bank. I did tell them this a month back and still i was charged yet again. Not buying by them again!

Well stocked. Bit pricey, but will have what you need
