She marked a purchase as 6 months and should be 12 months now my installment is R500 more I should have paid less now I must pay more. They was surpose to be corrected a month ago still not corrected it ,either by them or headoffice. Now it shows I am in arrears ans this influance my creditscore.

Record breaking....got assistance only after seeking out and asking ofcourse in less than 20mins this has NEVER!EVER!EVER!HAPPPENED!EVER usually when I go to Truworths clothing not beauty I have to now that I'll have to struggle and sort myself out in the store or give up and leave or for less stress online shopping...but today we'll it was an usually nice surprise..here's hoping .

A very good Store...jst you will wait on the que for almost an hour waiting to pay ...that 1 ayi its boring

Cater almost entirely for small people. Clothing marked M for medium actually a small. Everywhere else I buy XXL, when I tried on XXL, way too small. What's the point of having an account and not be able to buy anything?

The queues are a nightmare. During the busiest time, you find that only two 2 tills are operating and the rest of the tills no cashier, at that time the queue is very slow. Just be ready to stand and wait

The store os alway clean and tidy, great variety and friendly cashiers and security. The dressing rooms have enough hanging space, they're clean and spacious

I love the service at Truworths, you will never be in a queue for more than 10 minutes and my online order was given to me in less than 2 minutes and I love the security and assurity before you get it

Slowest service I've ever seen! I dont mind queues. But this one has been standing still for 15 minutes, and I dont even see ppl will loads of items buying.
