The service at the store was a long journey, it took them a week to finalise my credit application at some point I wanted to cancel. However, eventually I got my new TV, sound bar and router. I still feel it's much easier and quick buying online than in store the paper work is too much. They never disappointed me for online purchases I bought my bed and microwave. All were delivered before time. I also love their products they are a good quality .

This is to bring to the kind attention that I'm extremely disappointed with the poor service I received @ Hifi Corp Secunda today 01-12-22. I was waiting to be help for 5 minutes when she finally got to her desk cause she was not behind the desk when I arrived, she didn't apologize. She thinks she was doing me a favor when was assisting me, terrible customer service.

Very friendly staff and eager to help in store. Even a week after visiting the store the staff still greats me friendly when passing the store. Great service that makes you feel welcome. Thanx guys

Gave in my tv on the 7th Dec for repairs and still waiting for it. I phone daily everyvtime they said I'll phone you back right now and i'm waiting fot that call for 2 weeks now Only excuses every time Very poor services

Product ranges are good store clean and to Standard, However the staff unwillingness to go the extra mile and service is poor lack of dissipline. It seems thatvthey are doing you a favour to assist and stand around and chat as if it is a social gathering

Absolutely terrible service. We were waiting in the cue for at least 10 mins. There was only 1 cashier helping at the desk, the rest of them were just standing around and chatting. The customer service was also terrible. I understand you work long hours, but a smile won't kill you. They have the items we needed, but the service was just terrible.

Was told by the assistant they had no Micro SD cards despite seeing them right in front of me.

I was at HiFi Corp today. To buy my daughter a phone. We arrived just around 17:15PM even now at 17:55PM we don't have the phone yet. I could have left without the phone if I am the one whom needed it. They have very bad customer service indeed. The lady that works with the phones needs to be trained well. To wait for the phone that you are buying cash for more than an hour this is not on. She kept on saying it will take 10 minutes for Themba to open where the phone is kept, and it would be the wrong place she is so incompetent so that is how we got to wait this long. She works at the cellphone department but is clueless about her work.

As always this place has been fantastic for me.
