Since the beginning Russels Secunda is the worst services i have experienced in my life. A year ago we HAD to buy emergency furniture because of moving just before lockdown. We bought about R21k of furniture. The manager promised us it would be delivered by 10am on the day of lockdown. As we were on the road driving from Cape Town, we organized with friends to take delivery. We arrived 11am in Secunda after a 16 hour non-stop road trip, to find no furniture. After numerous phone calls, and empty promises, it arrived at 19h00. We received a kettle, toaster and iron as a gift. The kettle did not even last a year. I wanted to returned it. I arrived at the shop, only I girl wore a mask, even the manager, that told me the warranty expired end of February, did not wear a mask. Although we received the kettle on 26 March 2020. Then I was told by Sakkie they do not give warranty on a kettle. It is the first time I hear of an electric appliance not having a warranty. My advice, STAY CLEAR OF RUSSELS in general. We have received even empty promises of a discount on a dishwasher to make up for this. But up till today nothing. If i could i would have give them NO STARS. It is not bad service, the service is non existing. I will rather contact Sunbeam direct.
Had a very good experience.
Items advertised not available in store. Staff did not want to order, instead tried to sell more expensive item
