With security being a necessity in South Africa, it's tricky to find good looking security fixtures that do the job well without becoming an unsightly feature around the home. Polycarbonate bars seemed like a good way to go for our home and after a bit of research, SheerGuard SA Sandton came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. Warren and Samantha were amazing to work with. The inspection, product selection and quotation process was effortless and their communication regarding timeframes made the process a breeze. Their installation team, consisting of Cassius, Gideon and Patrick, were a dream to have in our home. They were immaculate with their workspace and installation techniques and we would have them install for us again in a heartbeat. SheerGuard SA Sandton are a small team of 5 but they are incredible to work with and I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for security solutions for their home.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Samantha was very helpful with measuring, quoting and making it happen. The team came out were quick and efficient, making sure I was happy with the job and knew how to keep the sheer guard clean. Samantha then checked again that I was happy with the job. The service levels of the Sheerguard team are exceptional. From the initial appointment and advice from Warren, the scheduling from Samatha through to the installation team - Extremely professional. The installation itself which I had to reschedule a number of times delays from other service providers was done at my convenience and without any interuption to my daily routine. Team installed quietly and cleaned up after. We love the final product and will definately be recommending them to friends and family!
