Poor service - look elsewhere. A photographer was booked for the house and did not pitch. There have been two people viewing our house, and there was zero feedback from the agent. Only after I followed up with head office a week later did I get a WhatsApp message from the agent with excuses why she couldn't give me feedback. Not a phone call, but a WhatsApp message. Unprofessional.
I have been renting through Seeff Pretoria East for over a year and thanks to Jenna's capable hands, all queries, problems or requests have been dealt with swiftly, professionally and in the kindest manner. She is always just a WhatsApp away and once the message is sent, I know that she is on it.

When I moved to Pretoria 25 years ago I had an amazing estate agent who paid attention to detail, picked up calls, followed up timeously, had my new house cleaned before I moved in because the previous owners left it in a mess. She even took me to the municipal offices to open my light and water account. It was not Seef but another real estate developer. Came time to buy a new house 25: years later and I was gobsmacked with the poor standards adopted by Seef and Pam Golding. The adverts and agents misrepresent what the property has on offer. Beware those of you who are unsuspecting buyers. All the agents are interested in is a quick sale. They are perpetually in meetings and taking your calls or calling back is not a priority. They have not properly checked out the properties and are very much in the dark about the details. The features in the tick boxes dont match what is actually on the property. Security system? It doesn't work. Heated pool? Doesnt work. The seller lies and the agent falls for it and does bother to check it out., Security complex. Lies. Once you move in you will discover tree roots in the drainage, broken pool pump, leaking roof, rising damp etc. Its shocking that this industry is not regulated and they hide behind things like voetstoets etc. So buyers beware. This is a cut throat industry and Seef is very relaxed when it comes to high standards. The bar is very low. Hire your building inspector to inspect everything and give you a report.
I'm only expecting positive experience allround and professional service from an excellent, caring and kind staff.
