Staff was really not interested in helping! They went on and on about how they were not happy about being at work and it showed. The supervisor or manager Thembi was also there not putting an end to this unprofessional conversation. The store was a mess and it was after 2pm. The experience was not a nice one. If your staff members don’t want to work they must resign and more over for people who want to work!

Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. Thank you Sheet Street for you awesome service.

Would prefer not to give a star, I didn't receive good service at all. I bought curtains for my new home that I will be moving into at the end of the month so I asked how long I would have to be able to return them and one lady looked at me with attitude and said 30days so I said perfect. I'll take all 5 R2000 then I was told it'll be a problem if I swipe my debit card because they can't refund me for all 5, I must just take 1 and I said "what if you don't have the other 4 at month end" and another lady shrugged her shoulders and said "well take 5 then but DON'T expect your money back fast if you try return them". I am appalled at how rude these ladies were. Wouldn't recommend this branch at all.

Bad service, cashier was half asleep, unprofessional with lots of attitude. I won't be back. You need to check your staff
