Newly renovated, friendly forecourt staff

Very disappointed, have been coming to this garage over 5 years. Ladies at the tiller and Cafe are so amazing. Saturday the car range showed 56km when we stopped to fill up, gave the guy up front R200 never check if he filled and we just left, coming down Linden road the range still showed 56km. I think okay will stop on my way back and get some clarity. No slip had been given so can't prove. Get back there fuel range shows 46km ask manager for help, he starts to educate me that my car was in reserve or floater stuck in the bottom, if floater stuck then why is range going down, my car tank goes into reserve when range shows 14km. So manager said will check cameras on Monday. We been there and still no help. Just ask for simple explanation, maybe i was wrong then tell me: aunty we fill your car there is the proof, car swollow the fuel and didn't feel it. Simple. Will never fill there again but will definitely buy pies. Thank you managers for not helping your customers.

Today the owner personally helped me out by allowing me to do an EFT payment for a tank of diesel. I forgot my wallet at home and his kind compassion will ensure i always return to support his business

I love this petrol station, I don't usually fill up anywhere else... the petrol attendants are great, very professional - attentive, yet quick and helpful! Dropped in for pizza a few times... service is ugh... they can do better! The delivery guys are friendlier than the cashiers. Since I've been working from home...I've dropped in for a few coffees hot chocolate and dirty chai at the Vida. It's been worth it till today... Thenjiwe - Oh my goodness, she is RUDE!!!!!

I would like to thank an exceptional employee at Shell on 237 Barry Hertzog Avenue, Linden. Moosa 2 because there is more than 1 greeted me professionally, told me about the the in store specials and then the BMW Competition. He offered oil, tyres and windscreen whilst filling up. He spotted where I had scratched my car and asked if he could fix it. I was some what dubious but agreed and he did a sterling job! Talk about going the extra mile and bringing the service back! He reminded about my Clicks loyalty points too! Absolutely amazing... I will definitely be back.

Exceptional service! Recently found this gem. I can get fuel, and have a mouthwatering pie while waiting for my car to be washed. Conveniently allocated as well. Would definitely recommend!

I previously had good experiences at this filling station but yesterday's carwash was very disappointing. They left my front mag wheels very dirty. When I pointed it out, I was told that it wouldn't come off. However, when I insisted, the carwash attendant wiped it and most of the dirt came off without any trouble. Just sloppy work.

PLEASE DO NO VISIT THIS GARAGE OR USE THIS CAR WASH. Owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Very poor and very unprofessional

Centrally located, efficient with friendly staff Shell Garage. It has a halal Vida e Caffe and meats. Just behind scenic Emmarentia Dam. Get your coffee and enjoy next to Dam.

Not a pleasant place, staff arrogant, have conversations with one another ignoring clients, car wash not safe to sit there. Keep up with chasing clients away. Never support this place again.
