This shell is the slowest shell I’ve ever been to. I work in the area and I fill up there all the time but the service is so terrible, the staff are slow and demotivated. I literally waited plus 20 minutes once for an attendant to assist me, they would just walk past looking you dead in the eye nonchalant. Their POS system is also slow in the shop, I don’t know how many times are tried paying for my items and the card machine was just not working and the cashier had the audacity to say that my card declined knowing well that their machines don’t work, it wasn’t until the 6th or 7th time trying with the SAME CARD that it worked. I’m very unhappy overall with this service, this station has a lot of potential and much room for improvement.
The cafe at the shell garage got good sitting and very clean and good view
The service here is amazing, Management here needs to allow for the tipping of staff from card payments!
Great garage with friendly helpful staff delivering awesome customer service. However, while the shop is convenient, their prices are beyond ridiculous! So it’s either cough up or drive up to Greenstone; lose lose. Besides that, it’s a great spot, manned by nice people.
The BEST service in terms of petrol attendants, inside less so but still decent. There's one lady in the cafe that is absolutely BRILLIANT. Their cafe has fantastic beverages from coffees to freezos.
Wasn't happy with one of the petrol attendees, he made me drive around the filling station like a fool
Loved the views from the filling station. Makes you feel like your on a road trip out of thr province. The service was excellent and friendly. Would definitely be frequenting it whenever I am in moderfontein.
All is well! Got overcharged for a toasted sandwich, i think i was charged the price of a chicken wrap... Brought it to their attention and got a refund. Sorted! Very neat and well managed inside the store and outside
Shocking service received from Nicholas, who is apparently the manager there. Told me that he doesn't need customers like me when I asked that he honor the price on the shelf. I'm still in shock with how terribly I was treated!
Got charged for airtime I didn't purchase, luckily I checked my slip. Got refunded but not happy as I know it was deliberate and will definitely try and never stop there again.
