I wanted a specific meat product that isn't always available. I left my contact details at the butchery to contact me when they had it in stock again. I have done this numerous times at many stores and had never had any response. To my surprise they contacted me a few a few times now when they have the product available. Thank you to Moses and his team of butchers for their friendly and helpful service. You deserve 5 stars for the 5 star service you have given me.

Pathetic service!! The freezers smell and the floors are wet and almost all al the products are dirty. But today we were a line of customers waiting for trollies almost 20 min with no staff even trying to help! And then the best part is that there is so many tills but always no more then 5 working with no one to help pack. Pathetic isn’t the word!

Enough under-roof parking. Dischem is also there now - it is great!

When entering checkers at diamond pavilion mall the smell is terrible. It's not the first time, other people also mentioned it lately. Pls try and sort out. As far as goods availability it's good.

I've shared a review the last time and I still have the same problem. Everything is good to shop there, though I think they should get a dedicated staff to keep the freezers clean. They really don't smell nice and you even sometimes get that smell from as far out as 3 or 4 stores away when it's a very blue skied day outside. Other than the freezers, the shopping experience there is wonderful

Not yet on desired level. Fresh produce sometimes not on excellent level and promotional items sold out before end of sale date. Great improvements though

They are not one of the friendliest or fastest or cleanest or freshest stores but at least their prices is not to bad...

The store is convenient for easy buying,not in a busy area

Prices are average, everything is where it's supposed to be. Make sure your car is locked, security is not too great
