Store is fine just can become very crowded, I believe it is due to their great prices. Staff coiluld really be more friendly though

I don't visit Shoprite regularly, but the times I do shopping there the staff is always curtious, helpful and friendly. The shop is normally very busy, but the management ensure that there is a brisk and steady flow of clients. Shoprite is also well known for their promotions, which is a great help for a lot of clients.

Customer service is excellent

Wide variety of different shops. Always nice and cool to walk around inside the centre.
