Occasionally one encounters a business with such poor customer service they prove the existence of miracles - the miracle of them still being in business. Within a day I obtained quotations from 3 different signage companies in Cape Town, however, on the second day with Signarama I gave up when they couldn't find my quotation request and I had to listen to an endless list of excuses why they couldn't. Caveat emptor!
Awesome service. Reached out to Signarama on their website enquiry and they replied same day with feedback, enquiring when they can do a site visit. Without ever thinking of it again and following up, they arrived as agreed to my surprise as I have forgotten that I have made an appointment with them. Super punctual service and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend them
Went to this company for a quote 4 weeks ago no follow up on quote from there side contacted signarama on 3 occasions for followup on my quote all we got was we will contact you as soon as we have it Super bad quality of service..will never use these guys ever
I went to this place 4 weeks ago asking for quatation for my 7 taxis branding. I was told that l will receive the quatation by call/ email. Nothing send even now. Poor service at this place.
We will not be using Signarama Montague Gardens again. A 30-minute installation lasted an entire evening because of poorly equipped workers and non-existent communication. A fabric wall that was meant to be used for repeat marketing expos, is now damaged in 6 places after screws were drilled through it in order to fix it to an expo wall, as the installers were unable to find the correct double sided tape to secure it with. We used Signarama before for fabric wall installation for an exhibition, and we have come to expect professional and reliable service, especially considering the high rates. This time, however, we were hugely disappointed, particularly with their after sales service when we tried to negotiate compensation. We tried to get hold of the owner, Gary, numerous times after the production manager Dudley, just did not care to call back with an after sale solution. Still no answer.... We do not recommend this company.
Whilst the work done was excellent, I had to request and re-request design changes multiple times and at the end of the job found that two different sized signs had been affixed to either side of my car.
The absolute worst service I've encountered in a long time - no sense of customer service or urgency to get the order done. The end product turned out disappointing, therefore I highly recommend you find another company to do your signage.
I was really impressed by the professional service of Signarama. The sales consultant was super friendly and helpful and kept me updated with my order every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them!
Stay very far away from these guys. I paid a deposit & then cancelled almost immediately due to unforeseen circumstances & Gary confirmed that the refund would be done immediately. This was in 2020 I might add. Called Head office & they shrug their shoulders. Doesn't seem like they have it together because this sort of thing is just tolerated. Refund me and prove me wrong! Plenty of false promises by Gary followed. Doesn't say much for the brand because they happy to take your money but try getting any work or refund out of them thereafter. Signarama is very lucky I had to select a star to place this review. Down right dodgey.
