No customer feedback and, long lead times, what I know now about the products aftersales, I would not have purchased this brand of product, their is no customer centricity.
Did a deal recently with a salesman named Gareth Van niekerk. Honestly the best salesman I have ever delt with in all my years of buying BMW bikes. I recently purchased a GS750. My consultant was Thato. I'm absolutely happy and in love with my bike. Thato went out of his way to provide all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. He was very helpful and I could ask him as many questions at any time and he would get back to me as soon as possible. I would recommend going through Thato to purchase your 2 wheel baby any day!
