Compared to several other experiences with police stations, I was wonderfully surprised at the attitude and level of service I received at Sinoville. Wish this type is service could be seen more.
Visiting Pretoria. Sleeping over. Heard someone banging on metal outside. Phoned Sinoville SAPS. Peter responded and informed me that they would send a vehicle to patrol. Thank you very much! Response within 20 minutes. Regards Elsabe Augoustides
The service here is appalling. Few times at this station and nothing changes everytime I go there instead it gets worse. I don't know how they treat people with severe incidents to report if one is given such a bad service and attitude just to "certify". Night Duty officials didnt have any copies for the affidavit and you would swear it was my fault!! I wouldn't recommend this station to anyone needing any kind of help. Officials at this station are not representing what we as public servants should be to our community.
Hopefully it gonna get better, shame to not have even 1 pen & asks me to go & buy a pen so they can certify my documents!
So much attitude from police officer Soboyisi. It is people like you who don’t know what rendering a service. Stop making people feel uncomfortable it is not your living room, You are there to work!

This was singlehandedly the most amazing experience at a Police station. Fully manned desk, friendly and quick. Constable Lekhalakala is multitasking the queue like you won't believe!! Well done Sinoville, you are a cut above!
Just was there a sargent name Cobbit blocked me when I was picking my wife from the garage then proceeded to tell me he will show me and I will see soon as my car is making noise I recorded this incident and this racist apartheid person needs to be taken of the police force he didn't say his name but at the police station they told me his surname plus they told me I cannot report this incident as they take such during the day some officer told me this also because instead of doing his job his more scared of this racist. It's sad that the SAPS still has such people employed South Africa will never change. Tomorrow I will be there they think I'm scared or something I will be there until this is resolved I don't need no formal apology. You can't stop me just cause I'm black and frafrabic stories be a racist and serve in our SAPS plus I need to know what he would do since he treated me also verbally.. I'm not a visitor here I'm a South African like every human being I cannot be treated like animal by someone who is employed to serve and protect.
