Bravoooooo, great service, but the place is too small we need big office to avoid long waiting on the queu
Friendly staff but be prepared to spend 1.5 hours waiting in line on a Saturday morning. Another branch needs to be opened in the southern suburbs.
Bad experience at Skye TV. Arrived at WYNBERG Agency and waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told that I would not be helped today. Reason? Closure of Retreat Agency had created an overflow of customers at the WYNBERG Agency. Did Skye TV not think of this beforehand? Now your customers have an added problem, not only their crummy DSTV decoder issues, but also a company inadequately prepared to deal effectively with their customers. How is that helpful?
Bad, bad, bad. The queue was never ending outsyd, with one person at the desk. Very poor service. I then called the DSTV offices and my query was settled online.
Not happy with the DSTV app. Being charged unnecessary for products. Was advised by a staff member not to use it anymore. Service was quick and efficient

Extremely bad service, went to enquire about changing my package they were offline. I specifically asked the lady when to come back she said 7 days before my debit order. She on your discretion changed it, when they went online, without consent from my husband or me. If she had consulted with us before going ahead & doing her own thing, she would have known that we decided to stay on our current package. And today because of her acting on her own without consent, we have no dstv service, but our bank account was debited. So thanks so much for unwanted bad customer service.
They have been very helpful previously. Didn't get in this last week, as there was a long queue. Will try again soon.
