My partner has Timberland sandals that were worn couple of years, got nice and soft, very comfortable,  but then the sole disintegrated. The Vibram rubber is still ok, but the plastic that supports the rubber has fallen to pieces. Have spoken to Timberland if they can fix the broken soles, but they do not care. What is the point of buying expensive "quality" sandals, if they do not last more than 2 seasons??

Timberland Cavendish on Black Friday eve was a hive of activity.  The staff was friendly and helpful despite coming at about closing time. Thank you to store manageress Yasmeen for being so helpful for my specific requirements.  Highly valued and I will be back .
