I bought 2 bed sets at the Woodmead store one of the beds had a problem we could not put one of the legs on the base, I drove to Woodmead to ask for their assistance, they promised to send someone on Friday 24 March, No one was sent to my place till today and no one has called to apologize, worst service ever. I will never buy from this store ever again.
People in this branch and their manager are useless and incompetent, will never buy from sleepmasters or refer people….talk about their head office who is unable to reconcile people’s account, such a joke Worse part, I called the branch on the 30.01.23 and was told the area manager was coming to the store, I left my number for them to call me but never did, the bed has been paid for but for some reason they say they cannot find one slip and I’m not sure how that is our problem, we want the bed or police will get involved
Excellent service i received from sales person, the delivery was made before the actual date. Happy with the bed i got, big ups keep it up
Storeman was very friendly ,spoke to him about the bed i bought by Mall at Carnival Sleepmasters years ago .Of which he responded that he also once worked by that branch .
So affordable and very good bed quality
