Slow XS Lounge Lanseria Airport

Great service, loved the service at the entrance friendly staff, a place where you can sit and relax while you take your time eating and catching up with work. I'd go there any day! Oh, and I took a photo of my sexy legs just in case you need a leg model .

Very relaxed place to wait for your flight,not far from the terminals.The staff are kind and ready to help. They don't have much food and drinks to choose from but you will find something.The lounge is spacious as they are dinning table,work areaa proper chair and desk if using a laptop and couches,there is magazines and newspapers if you are interested in reading. The aesthetic is pleasing and there is the flight screen to check if you are boarding or if you are still checking in. One of my favorites is that there is many charging pots everywhere there no need to worry about a low battery.

I have a 20:20 flight to Cape Town from Lanseria International Airport Today. I am refused access FNB XL slow lounge their reasons are I am too early. They said it’s full. However it’s empty. I told them I am from work in Germiston, I requested to be released early. I had to be early to beat traffic. They refused still. I told them at OR Tambo and Cape Town they allow me access. The customer service is bad they are rude , can you get hold of them and help me have access as I left work in my office I can’t just stay down stairs . Please intervene as they are just rude they even say I must go to the competition Bidvest slow lounge. They just looking at me disrespectful and talk to me unprofessional. I can’t allow this when fnb rewards needs to be a compliment but service of staff is disrespectful. Kind Regards, Billy Sigudla

A wonderful experience. Still my favourite Slow Lounge - by far better than others I've been to recently. Excellent and fresh food, SO polite, friendly and helpful staff! Well done Lanseria Slow Lounge!

Great lounge. Many coffee and drink options. There are glutenfree and vegetarian snack offerings and a few indulgent cakes / sweets. Portions are modest, which I prefer. You can always go back for seconds or try something else. Their chocolate croissant was epic. Nice view of the landing strip and close to the gates. Only downside is they don't have a bathroom so you have to go downstairs, but its not very far. Seating was very comfortable - I would know as our flight was delayed and we had to spend some extra time there.

A nice, calm and relaxing environment before your flight. The staff are very polite and helpful, which is a stark contrast to the service at slow Lounge King Shaka. Covid 19 sanitisation procedures are on point with sanitising after each diner leaves. My only critiques are that the menu could be more exciting and the lounge needs a washroom/ bathroom as people usually require to use one before departure. Otherwise, a great friendly experience.

Limited of stuff... but understandable considering it's a small service.... But received absolutely great great service from the one gentleman there..... unfortunately... I cant remember name... but... thank you... you make my visit 5 star.

I always feel at home here when I do my 6am flights to CT. Very cozy, clean. It's small so everything is close by. Nice view of the sunrise.

Very neat and tidy. Seating is comfortable and clean. Mobile and laptop charge sockets are situated very conveniently at every seat. Staff are neat, tidy and respectful. Service is excellent, offering friendly service.

Comfortable, relaxing. Wide veriety of things to eat and drink while you wait for your flight. For the busy people, charge your phone or laptop, there are plug points all over.
