Excellent customer service from Matt. I called and enquired about stock of a few items one of which was sadly out of stock, Matt went above and beyond and shared via WhatsApp pics of suitable alternatives that were available and arranged for my order to be packed and ready for collection within 30min. This level of customer service is a rarity in SA. My first purchase from Smallville Comics however it will definitely not be my last! Thanks for all the help Matt!

Bought a DC statuette online and immediately received communication via email and WhatsApp. They held my purchase aside while waiting for my payment to reflect and shipped it. My order arrived at my home in 2 working days in perfect condition. The packaging was well done and I am happy with my new display piece. Recommend 10/10 would do it again.

Absolutely a diamond in the rough. Looks like a normal comic shop in a quiet suburb from the outside, but when you walk in it's FANTASTIC, a huge selection of everything comic related, they even have thing I thought I'd never see in South Africa. A great vibe. The employees are very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely my go-to place now. UPDATE: After not being able to go for a few years yes... It has been years. I found myself in the area and popped in. It was amazing years ago and is even BETTER now. The selections and stock is HUGE, the exclusive merchandise and collection items are incredibly vast. And the original staff still recognised me. It puts that fantastic cherry on top. Definitely a nerd/geek paradise.

Wow... just Wow!!! Its hard to put it in words of what an Awesome experience I had at Smallville Comics!!! You would think the place is not so big when you look at it but when you enter you may get lost inside there for hours and hours... I did! Its a dream come true for any Comics, Anime, Horror, Wrestling and ofcourse Funko Pops fan!!! Its the ULTIMATE Comic Wonderland and you will most likely pop in on a regular basis because there is always new stock piling in!!! I would rate 10 STARS!!! THANK YOU SMALLVILLE COMICS
