A HUGE Thank you Lydia and your Team for the freshest, most delicious snack platters and for accommodating my early collection on Saturday morning. We will only utilize Sandwich Baron - Alberton going forward.
Clearly based on previous reviews this is not just me, so why does the owner not address the repeated issue?? have ordered 2 times and both orders took 1.5 hour to get delivered and the facility is 4 km away from delivery point. I will not be ordering from this branch again, clearly they have to little capacity to manage deliveries effectively.
Not sure what this place to do to get more foot traffic, perhaps move to a "Mall" set-up. Otherwise the food is exceptionalFood: 4/5
food was not toasted. Completely wrong order. All they say is Sorry. Wont order food there again
Not a good experience at all, I ordered 2 chicken strip avo on wrap that comes with a coke zero. The order took 1hour15 minutes to get to me and then the driver didn't come with both my coke zeros and said i should call the restaurant and they will deliver the cokes but we tried numerous times to call them but they didn't pick up but when we placed the order it didnt even take them a miniute to pick up, now that they have taken my money they are not picking up. Joke is on me i should have chosen the one in Meyersdal. I still want those coke zeros because I paid for them
I would like to commend Sandwich Baron alberton north on such awesome service. After the uber driver messed up his orders and no one could get in contact with him. Sandwich Baron not only made fresh sandwiches immediately for me! They also delivered it straight away. Also contacting uber as well. Thank you so much! And the chicken mayonnaise sandwiches were divine and fresh! Thank you From Tisha
Waited 3 HOURS for my order and missed my time allocated to have lunch so ordering lunch completely defeated the purpose of actually having it. I had to make numerous phone calls during a busy work day to find out what's going on and the manager kindly assisted but to no avail since the driver doesn't answer his phone. I will email thank you.
I placed an order online paid. I have been waiting for approximately 2 hours for my food and have yet to receive it. Surely it does not take this long for food to be delivered. I am highly disappointed in Sandwich Baron Alberton North. You either need new management or a more efficient process, as the process that is currently being used is laughable.
In September we had ordered platters from another caterer for my late Mom's funeral. The day before the funeral when checking on all our arrangements, we were told our caterer had died that weekend, and no one in his family knew anything about our order. So with less than 24 hours to go, Sandwich Baron readily agreed to assist us with our catering for 80 people. Their platters were on time, and was some of the nicest food we had eaten at a funeral for a long time! Thank you Sandwich Baron, Alberton North
Good day, my experience with The Sandwich Barron Alberton is shocking to say the least. In the beginning of the week my order which was delivered was incorrect, today it took me two phone calls 10 minutes later just to order two very simple sandwiches. We order about 3 times a week from this branch,however I am reluctant to order from them again after today.
