SMD Nelspruit

Disinterested forklift driver destroyed plastic sump and gearbox right in front of my eyes...then tries to deny it. No manager or any person in charge to revert back to about this damage and neglect of customer cars...SMD is not the company from a few years ago...their quality of service and speed of service has deteriorated significantly....will slowly focus on other better salvage dealers and auctions for my stock requirement in future...whole street covered in my gearbox oil. Whole trailer covered. So much oil that it was running down the street next to my vehicle...not 1 F@#$ was given...

Receptionist was good she did her work properly but the forklift driver damaged the diesel tank and the other lower part of my vehicle with the forklift lift.

The city Nelspruit is a cool, kalm and beautiful city with such a very gentle and well behaved public if I may say, infact, I give it the city and it's inhabitants... I really adore the city!

Went there to cancel my account cos no one was helping me over the phone. But I got help from Vincent I decided to keep it open and hopefully get a car

The manager of this place gave me an utmost attention to my problem

The place is easily accessible, theres is not enough parking space for clients though...

Overpriced scrub cars rather buy stater cars at other auctions or car dealers

There is no space to deliver even if u ask forklift driver to make space is givin u attitude

There is a variety of vehicles to choose from, most of which are those recovered from car accident scenes.
