Smokey Ridge Spur Steak Ranch

Food was good but service wasn't satisfactory. Arrived there approximately 14:40 and we had staters, main course and then we told to quickly order the last course of the meal as the waitor's time was up 15:00 already and that we should make payment before she leaves. It was so annoying and uncomfortable having someone listening in on our conversations. Rushing customers is so rude more especially if its still within operating hours

Food was delicious,fresh served on time. Waiter was very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was great! Little kids in play area are tagged on their clothing for safety,which was a first for me to experience. This made us feel more at ease. Thank you!!! Food: 5/5

Spur was quite great honestly speaking. We started off with drinks and we had our Amazing mea then we head our desert and we took our time after stuffing ourselves with all that delicious food and WOW!!!! The service we had is truly amazing legitimately...to such an extent that the people I came with didn't want to leave. Thank you very much for the welcomed customer service

Avoid that waitress CAROL on Sunday 28/08/2022 she did very bad service to me while was on queue waiting for table she just skiping me take the couple behind me while was my turn and did try to talk to her and just left with the couple ignoring me and after that I did called the manager CHARLES and I did explain to him and fast give me a table apologies for the inconvenience and he did called the girl to come and to explain and apologies for the matter but she just turn around leaving us alone totally ignored usme,my friend and her manager...she's very rude, unprofessional...AVOID HER. Congratulations to the Manager Charles to make our evening special after that "incident"...thanks Charles for good service and good food menu suggestions...we appreciate your efforts and friendship. Well done... very recommended person. Regards

Wow, its not often that I'm greeted with so many smiles! Made me feel at home, my order was 6:55 pm and guess what even the chefs smiled at me and wanted to help me so late! What an awesome bunch of people! The waiter was so kind also 38 Eulander chk 697 this spur is one to look up to! Love you all Navescott

Your typical spur experience. Service was good although the breakfast took a little more time than usual. We recieved some cold fries at the tabke tlbut they immediately corrected it and went over and above. It certainly is a spacious spur and you do not feel on top of everyone which was really pleasing.Food: 4/5

I am a frequent customer, today was a horrible experience for me. I had ordered a cheddarmelt fillet 300grams which was cookes to perfection, as I was halfway through I had asked for a takeway box since we had to pick our son up..... Whilst waiting a waitress spilt cleaning chemical which splattered all over my food and my baby's face as she was in the stroller next to us.... Needless to say that was a waste of money and food.... I am really upset because I was looking forward to finishing my meal. My waitresses name is Siphiwe, she called the lady who split to apologize.

I have been here before and most days it would be overcrowded but today was awesome. Had a great waiter with the name of Thobile and the food was well preparedFood: 5/5
