In 2015, Hein & Brigid quit the norm of individual 09h00-17h00 jobs & started Snobs Coffee Johannesburg – a family-owned Coffee Roastery specializing in Solar & Wood-fired roasted coffee
And we couldn’t be happier! Enamoured with each other and with the entrepreneurial lifestyle -we’re a team that dreams big & that is inspired by speciality coffee roasting and…well all things coffee. As our name suggests, coffee to us is more than just a drink- it's an experience. And how it gets produced is part of its continual appeal & mystique
A lot of people ask us how we do it, how we can be married and still work together? When you’re married, you go through a lot of changes in life such as buying a house or having kids. We simply look at going into business as just another one of those things that we can work through together. And because we’re so individually passionate about coffee- it just makes sense
