Very rude and agressive when you claim for warranty and even want to arrack me becareful doing business with them and they don't believe in refund.Always very nice when you buy but change when you have a problem. You never give me batteries and we pay almost R5000 for the battery to be fix

Very poor back up service, they have zero clue or understanding what customer service really is. I once called them, I just started my explanation and before I could continue I was told in a rude manner that they don't replace, 1st I was not asking for replacement, I wanted to explain to them what was the problem. Just pathetic, I will never set foot into that business. Furthermore, the new technical person is clueless.

We ordered solar for 2 houses. Got a name for installation and this guy added R5000 just because we did not buy via him. So the second set wit 12 panels had to be delivered in stilbaai. Paid R6500 for the delivery. No one notified me when it will be delivered or where it need to go to stilbaai. So it was delivered at courier guy. Had been struggling to get some one to move it to my house. Got some one and the guy refused as there is no packaging between the panels and not going to take the risk of damage. So please stay away lots of hassels afterwords

Wasted my time 3 days now, they have stock but don't know what the price is , ridiculous!

No customer service. I bought a Victron mppt150/60 charge controller a few month back. R 11000,- it worked well. 2 days ago it stoped. Dead short on the input side. MOSFET blown. I have 4 panels due north and 3 panels due west. Max 8.9 amps They tell me, they do not honour warenty because I did put to many panels on. What is worse they do not repair victron. They do not have loan units. They are only intrested in the sale. No cautions mentioned.
