My grandfather passed away on 28/07/2021 at the hospital. Shortly after his burial my little sister passed away on 11/07/2021, at home in my arms. My grandfather's policy covered most things and my sister's policy had not reached the viable stage yet. I am writing this in absolute awe, because both funerals were incredibly dignified. Both were treated like VIP funerals. This was such a painless experience, at a very painful time of my life. From the very first phone call, identifying the deceased, repatriation, making the funeral arrangements, documents, EVERY single person I spoke to, EVERY single step in arranging these funerals. On both occassions, I was humbled by their exceptional customer care and client services. I single-handedly conducted both funerals, but I honestly would not have been able to without the staff at Sopema funerals. Incredibly impressed, and forever grateful for not only their compassion, sensitivity and empathy shown to us clients, but also the commitment to their jobs. They are all in the correct industry. Keep it up.

On the 6th of October 2020, our dearest brother passed away. We decided to look for quotations from 3 undertakers. Believe me, SOPEMA was the best. We do not regret choosing them.
