From the first phone call with Fiona, I knew I was in great hands. You treated me like family and you kept every promise you made. There're no words to thank you. Absolutely sad and disgusting how they feel the need to put THEIR BRAND LOGO AND NUMBER on the front of the tombstone even bigger than the person's name. Absolutely terrible and sad. Choose another service for your loved ones please. Disgusting

Kupane Funerals have been around forever and helped a lot of families, but it really needs to go with the times and come to the party. They have no other payment methods or online platforms besides going to the actual building to go and pay for your policybooks.It is inconvenient and some of us cant even take time off from work. Please take this suggestion into consideration.

Kupane Funerals assisted us in my Father's burial. Their service was professional. They accommodated the fact that we were going through a difficult time. They greeted us cordially and their reception was sensitive to our needs. One other thing, they implemented the Covid protocols strictly. Protecting all family members.
