Vuyo's Funeral Undertakers

Terrible idea… they lack compassion, humility and profession… they just care about payment but they don’t deliver most things I’ll give 1star for just appearance, the ladies there think we there to view them and time punctuality is non. They even sent a empty generator at gravesite with their non working PA. They tried to give a small tent when we paid for big tent and their boxes are overpriced. Their drivers think they cool and rude. Never call next day after they say they will call. Best advice avoid this lousy undertaker. I could go on & on. They are traumatising. Not even water but hot tap flavoured 250ml at gravesite… always rushing for a new funeral. Whack whack

It's good and affordable funeral pouler and there are lot of benefits if you take the funeral there.

The service we received for my uncle's funeral was exceptional, they let us bury him in a dignified manner. Customer service from the front desk in excellent. Keep up the good work in time of our grief.

I would like to share my outburst view on the experience I received from your point of contact who supposedly should be the ambassador of your business by demonstrating the values of reflecting the "Professionalism, Empathy, Respect, Honesty and Positive Impression". I contacted the head office yesterday the 9th of November 2021 at 8:30 Tholakele answered and I explained my reason for calling which she responded by asking for my contact details and said she will return my call in few minutes. I waited for the call and later during the day she did not adhere to her promise of calling me back. I called to follow up as to what the delay was, to my surprise she answered then told me that she will be contacting me shortly as she is still busy. I hanged up the call with a distraught feeling. To the business, kindly note that first impression last. I initiated the call because I wanted to be assisted and the reception received has blown me to have second thoughts about whether to pursue the venture of taking any plan with you. The call that had to be returned did not even happen. Disappointing and shocking service........... caused by one bad human element

I would like to commend Nandi for the exceptional service she gave to us when we went to their office at Eyethu mall in Orange farm .She is exceptional and great at what she does. I wish we can have more people like her, she is the best , a true shinning star. Thanks for all that you did for my family and I You are the best

Misleading their customers, they don't tell you about a R900 admin fee and that you need to pay fuel for the bus and that you have to pay to get the service you thought you were paying monthly premiums for. They wouldn't get a single star if u could, worst funeral scam ever

In times of grievance, one knows that you have entrusted the proceedings of some of the funeral functions will be handled by your funeral parlour: •We had to help facilitate the release of the death certificate which was tedious and not part of the deal. •No help or information from the cross road brunch. Both brunch never revert back to you. Information not fully furnished. Over the phone or in person the service given not friendly/ support received not of good standard. I am happy with dealing with all the guys on the ground, the likes of Dlodlo. They were all helpful and supportive Vuyo on the other side provided everything else they offer

Poor service they said they open 8h30 but we wait since 8h00 no one assist us until 09h05 tht were they come to the store

They helped me bury my 1 month baby in 2018, they haven't made his death certificate n now it's affecting me cause I can't make a tombstone for him
