Very good infrastructure with good furniture inside, very clean place and well serviced, staff very friendly and the management know their job. I used to stay there during my schooling period as student and now I finished my studie. The res is located along the main road and the post office at the city hall, this is the heart of Durban with all the kinds of shops clothing, grocceris and furnitures. What else can you not find here, nothing....

Securities are being bribed to bring alcohol, drugs and their gf's/bf's inside the Building even during the covid 19 with visiting restrictions

It is a very good place to logde and it is in center of the town making it easy for me to get what I want around the town and it is not very far from beaches

It seems like a good place to live even for a while, it's relatively clean and well managed.

The service is good, the only issue is the furniture. But everything else is absolutely good.

Very clean building found in the Cbd, easy to access transport stores and everything
