I teach Aqua Fit here and it's a fantastic gym. Great dedicated smaller pool for the aqua classes. It's a really great cardio workout to great music. Come try it out. Great for all ages from  14yrs.

Club V doors not always locked and closed due to system failures. Minimum requirement should be 2 personnel at all times most times during the day only 1 now. additional requirement is with senior management checking in regularly. throughout the day.  Have never seen them visible in this important area

Took a month for them to inform me that my card does not work because a joining fee is outstanding even though they issued me a second card?. A joining fee that should have been waved as I joined during the promotion in February, when joining was supposed to be free. Neither reception nor the sales consultant indicated this would be needed. Then the link to pay does not allow me to pay. I mean well done absolutely great work folks.

Great gym.  But…  bad communication with regards to outages, arriving at 5:30 in the mornings to find the club closed with no Communication sent prior.  Very bad Inverter/Solar system that can basically run two lights for 2 hours no lights in locker rooms

Love thier classes and it looks like they have all sorts of equipment and classes, talk about a variety and accommodating everyone, love it there

The gym itself is good but the staff is not the friendliest around they should be trained how to be more friendly towards there clients and also trained what is customer care because without that you will loose clients. I have moved to a different gym because of the lack of customers service.

The top entrance is always flooded with water as well as the underground parking. I know this is not virgin active but centre management, but virgin have a responsibility to ensure their clients can access the gym without risks

Need to make a plan with solar or a generator. Struggle to gym with loadshedding and cable theft. When there is power some of the machines is out of order. Very frustrating. Pay alot to gym and can't use all the equipment.

It's very disappointing that only limited things work during loadshedding.. loadshedding is not going anywhere..  time to make a plan. Even the kaui doesn't work during loadshedding

Well spaced gym with all equipment and facilities required. The only issue I found is that they need to sort out the cockroach's found in the shower rooms and steam rooms, very important.
