When I contacted this vet hospital to introduce myself in case we needed Veterinary support during our holiday they got right back to me in a lovely friendly manner, giving me all the necessary information I needed in case I required their services. Luckily, we had a gorgeous medically uneventful doggie holiday but it gave me such peace of mind knowing they were a call away!
