I'm very happy with this store, bought two orico Micro USB 1m Braided Cable. And I got them in good condition and quality, their delivery is fast. What I also like is their WhatsApp support team wooow they respond to messages. I'm looking forward on buying more stuff from them.
Very good service oriented customee care ! I urgently needed the original charger for lenovo C tpye, I got help to find out the product in a short time, and I managed to get it directly I was lucky without waiting until Monday. It was on Sunday.
Not a happy ex customer at all!. Online order paid for and confirmed for a laptop on 14 April 2023. On 21 April I queried why I hadn't heard anything. I heard nothing until 24 April when I complained re their non-response. Was then told that the laptop was out of stock!!! It is now 2 May 2023 and I still haven't received my money back. Will not do business with this company again
I needed a unique cable urgently. I ordered the item on Sunday afternoon and messaged the Company on Monday to request a tracking number. The order was confirmed and delivered on Tuesday. The prices are also great. Highly recommend
Worst Service I have ever received from a company! During trying times with load shedding I bought an Inverter unit from them to be able to continue working. I contacted them by phone before i placed my order to ensure they have stock on hand and they confirmed they do, on their website it says it takes two hours to prep a unit in stock. Communication was very poor and I constantly have to phone them to find out how far my order is, after 3 days they tell me oh the stock has been given to someone else and there is no stock left. Still waiting for feedback after promises that they will get back to me. Considering taking legal action for loss of income!
Ordered a number of electronic items over the last couple of months. Delivery was done expeditiously and the sales team provided great advice to ensure my needs were met. The products themselves are performing exactly as outlined by the sales team. Overall, a great experience and will definitely recommend their services for all your IT and electronic needs.

I saw a great deal online two years ago and the purchasing experience was great. I visited them to upgrade my RAM and they were very friendly and helpful. I felt like a special client in a movie. And my laptop still works like a dream after two years.
I nervously placed an ordered online with cshop. Once I placed my order I chatted to Kagiso and Sinah. They were extremely helpful and gave me prompt feedback. Feedback was also given with an automated mailing system with info like tracking number. My parcel arrived 2 days later with a reputable courier company and it was exactly what I ordered. Thank you guys! Look forward to using you again in future.
Ordered my item at 8am, spoke to Milan he had it delivered to me by 12:30. This could have been quicker but the driver still had to fetch the item from the warehouse. The service is ridiculously efficient!
