Well laid out store with a great range of products from groceries to fresh produce to meat products. The bakery produces excellent and choicest cakes and other. Prices overally are very competitive.

Situated in the Valley Land shopping complex it's conveniently situated midway between Fish Hoek and Noordhoek. The Spar has all the local favourites in a well run bakery offering tasty fare. The Butchery is well stocked with a very good selection of meats professionally cut and presented. The staff are helpful and friendly and the pricing very fair. Keep an eye for their specials regular and money saving. They also have a fairly well stocked bottle store conveniently right next to the main entrance.

This place is a complete train wreckage! Staff are rude and don't care about customers, the meat was also handled in very careless way and the generators don't power the fridge. However the other food is generally up to an acceptable standard.

Nice, convenient little Spar stocked with everything you want. Just lacks personality. Very unfriendly checkout staff. One feels like you're part of a conveyor belt: get your stuff, pay and get on your way. Pity though

Mmmm convenient SPAR if you need to grab bread or a milk on your way home... but atrocious prices and often empty / untidy shelves throughout the store to get any real shopping done... mostly positive experiences with the staff too

Rotten produce, over priced with a management that is taking advantage of limited options in the area. Disgusting, go to PnP just down the road. The biggest solar installation in the south of CT can't even keep a light on for loadshedding? Then they sell you real $h!t in the dark

Seriously the best of the best. This aspar managed to always give excellent service even while being amazingly busy. Fruit, veg, meat and bakery goods are always fresh

Always a good shopping experience, the fresh baked goods from the bakery section, always great, fresh veggies and the meat is always excellent. The shop is so well managed and the staff very friendly and efficient

Don't feel welcome there, and most time their prices marked on shelves do not reflect the same on the tillslip. I only ho there because I really close to home and not busy like the mall, but if I had another choice I wouldn't shop there.

Shop dark inside, sigarette smoke smell often at meat section, expensive, not a lot of specials, staff unfriendly.I only shop there if I need something urgently.Floor sloping at tills, have to hold on to trolley.
