You are not the only one Becky Ngonga as we speak my son is not going to school they don't want to transfer him to Spark reynfield because of out standing balance. They don't want to give us transfer they don't even care when you send the email even to the principal

Had such a terrible experience with Spark Schools finance department. Firstly, i had paid the whole school fees before end of January last year with 10% less which is applicable to me because i paid early and in full, but to my suprise i am owing because they didn't apply 10% discount. Secondly to my suprise i am owing registration fee R3050 which was also paid last year, and a child wouldn't have been accepted without registration fee. Thirdly i am owing aftercare from January to August which the child did not attend. I have been doing a follow up regulary and this is not yet solved, they do not call me, email me or respond. Same thing this year, i paid the whole school fees but apparently im owing.

I will discourage every single person that i can not to put they child in this school not only spark cresta but all the spark....they are unprofessional and unethical. I owned school fees since we where having financial difficulties due to covid.this year i call them to make arrangements to pay the arrears and told them that my company form part of the smart funder so the fees for 2022 is guarantee but the school has cancelled my contract.my husband went to the head office last week and they refused to let in the office but they told him to deal with the security guards.they have no respect and no consideration... please dont respond to my review with your complain email address we have send numerous emails and the all school has ignore us....

Given previous terrible experiences with other schools I pray this experience is a better one. I have sky high hopes ‍‍
