I had the worst experience at Zumba Ghandi square! Firstly the hairdressers kept on making snarky comments about my hair. They kept on complaining that I too much hair. This lady kept on repeating that I have too much hair and saying she's too tired. It almost seemed as if they're doing me a favor. She even pulled on my hairline too much. If my memory serves me right her name was Angie/Angel something along those lines. Secondly, they lie about prices. My hairstyle went from R700 to R800. It seems like they thumb suck their prices. Worst of all you don't even get your money's worth! The hairdressers are not professional at all. They get distracted easily...my hairdresser even went as far as playing Lotto and guessing lotto numbers while had to wait for her. Their overall customer service is horrible. They really need to do better.Service: Hairstyling
They have been so good to me so far my hairstylist does her best. 3 star to her. My 1 star rating is based on hygiene, the Fourways branch is very dirty needs lots of fumigation. If the employee could stop eating in the shop and get the place organized. Hygiene is key hope the management works on this also don’t bother calling they ignore calls. Sad realityServices: Braids
Zumba, what the hack is happening at your Sandton branch? I had individual eye lash extensions installed on Friday and they came off on the Sunday!!! Really??? I have installed lashes there multiple times and the lashes never came off this quickly. A whole R300 down the drain. Not to mention that there’s never a nail technician at the branch. Your branch definitely does not give a “Sandton” feel. The owner is only good for taking and posting pictures the whole day instead of addressing actual customer concerns.
Zumba hair beauty is a total scam... Had my experience of "yes, sis even that one I can do it".. Requested crotchet dreads and they assured me on multiple occasions that they can do it little did I know that not only was I going to be a trail run but I was going to be cheated off my money.. Mid braiding they claimed their hairpiece will not be enough and that I have to add more to the quoted amount as the amount of hairpiece they thought they would need to use will not cover the whole head only to find that even after this underneath the visible hairpiece there was nothing but baldness I couldn't understand why they wouldn't let me see the back of my head but it was because they had not braided any hairpiece into the back of my head not only am I frustrated but highly disappointed as I was mislead by the videos and pictures frequently posted on their social media profiles.. Loved the environment the salon was very neat and clean. Sadly the basin was not working I had to wash with some bucket was so uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a whatsap number to communicate better. But The lady that did my makeup an hair tried her best in the weirdest of circumstance. Love how the ladies help each other....
The service was very badpta branch. Firstly, i called to make an appointment, but calls were not answered. I drove to the salon, and a lady offered me a seat. I waited for 1 hour and a half without assistance nor attention to assure me services. I left the salon. My precious time went to a waste. Save your monies guys. I'd rather recommend other salons.
False advertising! I asked for a hairstyle I had seen on their page, and they said that they couldn’t do it. The salon is extremely dirty and the hairdressers are unprofessional. The manager has a horrible attitude, you’d swear they were doing you a favour. Save your money!Service: Hairstyling
Horrible experience! Im rating Zumba Fourways a negative 1. Im still shocked. Looks nothing like what they show on Instagram. Its very dirty in there, they share towels on different clients, I got there at 8am and only left at 6pm. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The guy who did my nails was so rough he used scissors to remove my old nails and when I asked him to soak off cause the scissors thing was painful he prepared a solution that was literally boiling infront of me and said I should put my fingers in there, I was bleeding on almost all my fingers after he filed my nails, all of that for my nails to look so ugly and untidy. They didn’t have clear beads when its the most recent post they made. What a waste of time and money. Never again!Services: Acrylic nails
false adverts and their stuff is not to be trusted. Staff make up their own pricing to still from clients. No supervision. when you report to management they sent you from pillar to post. No one wants to take responsibillity.Service: Hairstyling
Very disappointed. Went to the four ways branch to tint my brows. The guy is very friendly but very distracted. Asked him not to cut my nails too short, he did exactly what I said he shouldn't do because he was on his phone the whole time. My brows, he tinted them, then told me to wipe them myself off at home. They are very very black and ugly...
