Shamwari Day Spa

My review was moved, so I’ll re-iterate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Unprepared. They completely forgot we made a reservation, the guy massaging my was winging it- he watched his ‘colleague’ the entire time trying to figure out what to do I think she at least knew. We weren’t even offered a glass of water!!!!!!! The place is gross. We weren’t shown around or made to feel welcome at all. We had to remind them a few times what we paid for. They were more than happy to give terrible massages, for a fraction of the time, when what we paid for was a package. I couldn’t stand being in there any longer, so after the massage, i refused a facial coz that would have been an even worse nightmare. Very disappointing.

They just need to fix their admin but the massage is rlly gud
