The Centurion Auto Care Centre is superb at what they do. I only used their interior valet service, but I think they've done a tremendous and thorough job. Their admin staff is also quite efficient, when giving you a quotation and making an appointment. The end results were really amazing. My car looks like she just rolled out of a dealership. They have suffice waiting area and facilities including a small cafe, where one can get refreshments and snacks while waiting. The only issue I found is that they quote you a "from" price, which basically means that they don't actually work with set rates and they change the quoted price as they go along. But other than that their service fee is money well spent.

I often take my car for the five star wash and I’m always happy, but recently I had a polish done had quite a few scratches and areas where people had opened car doors into my doors and I was SO IMPRESSED. Solomon and team did a fantastic job. They even managed to removed scratches that I was previously quoted much more for elsewhere and told it won’t be able to come out without respraying etc . Really great service and professionalism all round : highly recommend.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

I was told that the vehicle will be machine polished and small scratches removed. Also that the engine and underneath of the vehicle will be cleaned. The total cost was R2,100.00. Showing that I am willing to pay for that promise.  I am not impressed at all.  I left the vehicle with them at 8 in the morning and was told it would be finished at 4. I was called just after 3 and told the vehicle will be done just before 5. When I arrived at 5 the vehicle was still being cleaned with some water streaks on it. They then took it to a washing bay to have the engine cleaned - I, therefore, do not think that the undercarriage was washed or cleaned.  Neither does it look as if the vehicle was machine polished. I'm no expert but it doesn't look as if it was polished at all. The tyres and some of the rubbers were cleaned after I complained and while I waited. I was asked to tell them what was wrong - I would have expected that they, as the "experts" would know better than expecting me to do it.  I get better car washes, as a normal car wash at R120, elsewhere. --- OUTCOME: The business offered me a partial refund. I accepted!  I initially did not want to respond at all - but realised that would be unfair to the business people involved.  The business did request that I return the vehicle to correct the services provided. I am however not from Pretoria and doing so would have been too much effort.  Good quality service and success are just as much about how you respond to a complaint or an appeal_ Especially when it’s in the public eye.  FULL MARKS TO THIS BUSINESS!Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Just had an awful experience. After leaving my car here for 2 hours I found the interior dirty and the carpets were not clean . I called the supervisor to show him this only for him to instruct the ladies to ‘fix’ this . No apology whatsoever . I will not be coming here ever again !!!!Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I always use them because of the attention to detail. Today I went back, prices are up and I had to continue cleaning my car at home. Shocking service!

So my car is too dirty to clean just because my car was covered in mud !! Pathetic service if you only want cars with dust on them - really a pity that they have opted this attitude - I was welcomed by Klenz@ lifestyle

Absolutely amazing! Always friendly, always helpful and always can put a customer at ease knowing your car at Sparkling Clean will be looked after.  I managed to purchase a "spray on quick polish" for the car at Sasol Centurion. After application of this DIY product - the vehicle looked like I have taken steel wool to clean the car. In my state of horror and shock, I took the car to sparkling clean - and with the great service, and putting my mind at ease, informing me they have a 3 stage polish program that will sort my vehicle out in no time. 4 hours of intensive polishing and cleaning the vehicle looked better then the day I bought it.  Again, amazing service, amazing products, just blown away.  After today's service and amazing work done, I don't believe I will be taking my car anywhere else any time soon  or listening to promotional cleaning products ever again .  Thanks again for the great work done on the car!  I believe the before and after pic attached speaks for itself.
