Staff are very friendly and Mike is an excellent instructor. A wide selection of firearms to try out at good prices for extra targets and ammo. Range is big with room for spectators, kiosk for refreshments is a nice addition.

Very disappointed in the service I received with email communication. Been trying to drag information about a certain firearm, as I am planning to purchase, and my request feels like an afterthought from the person replying, with 1line answers to multiple questions. I am so glad to know that there are some companies that are doing so good in todays economy that they don't require new business. I will be spending my money someplace else.

I have not been to the shop myself as yet but i have sent my wife there a bunch of times to get me the supplies or spares that i needed. I can honestly say im very impressed with the service, they have never once undermined my wife when she has gone there, they have been respectful and helpful every time. They are happy to talk to me over the phone to make sure we are on the same page about what was needed. Their prices were good and with a particular item that i purchased they sorted out a problem for me at no chargewhich was not necessary but very much appreciated. I can recommend this gunshop to others happily. Well done, keep up the good work and thank you for everything
